I had responded to a mailing from Synergon Partners regarding a home-based business opportunity. The fee was $35 for a pamphlet of information called "The 60 second commute".

Upon receiving this information, I decided not to pursue it and to take advantage of the refund guarantee. I then returned the booklet to the company for a refund.

I have been waiting several weeks for my refund. I sent emails to the company reminding them to send me my $35 back.

It's looking like they have no intention of returning my money. I have not received any response whatsoever. I am concerned that I have been scammed.
