They led me to believe they could reduce my mortgage principle and lower my payments on my house. They said it would probably take 3 maybe 4 months. This is the 5th month. They were to update me weekly. The last month and a half, the updates were not made. They called numerous times to collect their money. Once they received their money, they said they would call within 24-48 hours with an update. That never happened, in fact the loan modification was denied but they never informed me of that. The whole process,they let drag on to get more and more money when they knew the modification would be denied. Now I'm left with past due payments and a denied modification.
