Her first impression was very polite, nice and educated.  She will tell you that she is professional, a notary public as part time etc.

She will  pay the deposit, then will delay her rent payment.  You will have to ask her for rent every month after that and soon she will not answer your phone calls, or messages.  She will stop paying and moved out quietly when you evict her.   She will trash your house as well..................

She will then look for another house, another victime to rent.
