Systems Research Inc (SRI) is fraud and a scam. They will lie, cheat and steal you blind. Run, do not walk, otherwise they will pressure you into complicated contracts that will do nothing for you or your company other than make you dizzy, and drain your time and money, and then they will still continue to cold call you and leave messages. They are not trained in their field, and the one of the reps who was leaving there, said "they are cooking their books". They cannot provide you with any worthwhile qualified prospective employees, any more than you can post a want ad in a college newspaper. Rumors are the authorities are investigating them.

A lawsuit concerning this report, entitled Systems Research Incorporated v. John Doe 1, et al., No. 2009 L 11018, was filed by SRI on September 17, 2009 in the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois. SRIs Complaint alleges that SRI former client, chicago, Illinois is not a legitimate consumer but actually part of an anonymous smear campaign conducted against SRI and its employees on this site and elsewhere, that every one of the disparaging statements about SRI are false and published with the intent of misleading consumers, and that the defendants stole the identities of real corporations and individuals to concoct fake comments supporting a Fraud and Scam Artist! report they posted on the Complaints Board website under the pseudonyms sritalent and sarahinchicago4242.
SRIs Complaint seeks compensatory and punitive damages, attorneys fees and other relief for the defendants defamation of SRI, false light, and trade libel, as well as the defendants commission of consumer fraud and deceptive trade practices. Pursuant to the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure, 735 ILCS 5/2-402, Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the owner of Ripoff Report, has been named as a Respondent in Discovery with respect to the identity of the persons who posted as SRI former client, chicago, Illinois.
The authors of the reports are notified that they may timely and anonymously file and serve a response or objection to SRIs discovery requests to Xcentric Ventures by October 26, 2009, or they may appear and defend against the Complaint itself, pursuant to the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure. Alternatively, SRI requests that the authors post contact information for themselves or their attorneys in response to this notice or instruct the administrator of Ripoff Report to release to SRI and its attorneys all identifying information relating to the posting of defendants report.
