It started by them calling me with a product I was interested in. I agreed to purchase a small amount and they sent it COD. Shortly after that, they called back and asked if I'd be interested in another product and I was and I agreed to purchase a small amount but my mistake this time was using my credit card.

Within a few days it was revealed that I had won an entertainment system and they'd be shipping it out to me. About a week later, I received a box and in it was nothing like what they said they were sending. Instead it was a cheap CD player radio with separate speakers.

Fast forward about two months and I get another call from Larry Phillips claiming they had not received the necessary paperwork for them to ship my prize but that they would be sending me my entertainment system and he proceeded to go into detail description that lasted about 2 minutes.

He then quickly went into saying that he would no longer be contacting me via telephone and I'd be put on the "will call" list and he wanted to verify my contact information and asked me if my card still ended with the following digits. He then thanked me and said I could expect to see my shipment in the next few days.

The next day comes along and I notice that I have a pending transaction on my card for the amount of $928.82 So I call the company to speak with Larry Phillips. I can't talk to him but the lady will give him a message to call me right back. One hour later I call back and the lady says he's busy and asks if she can help. I tell her a brief description why I'm calling and she says she can't help and she remembers whom I am and will pass the message to Larry Phillips.

Three or four hours later, no call. I call back again and get another man and ask for Larry Phillips. He says he won't be in until evening contradicting what the lady when she said she gave him the message to call me.

I told the man why I was calling and asked what I was being charged for. He told me 3 gallons of the Duracoat and 20 pounds of the Citrucel. I told him I did not order that and did not want that. He told me Larry Phillips would be contacting me. He never did.

My next attempt is to contact him directly and see what's going on.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!
