T-mobile And There Collection Agency Plaza Associates they put a collection on my credit report as of feb 2009 being late. i have not had a cell phone in over 4 years New York New York

In order to get this resolved you will need to contact the collection agency which is probably Plaza Associates now and ask them to mail you a collection dispute form. They may ask you to file a police report before they will send you this. Once you get this form complete all of the information and return it to the address of fax # on the form. Once we get the form in the fraud dept(as the form actually goes to T-Mobile not the collection agency) we will investigate the account and notify you by letter of the outcome. We also notify the agency as well. As long as we cannot link you to the acct in any way it will be deemed fraud and the agencies will be notified to remove it from you credit report, also you will receive a letter stating this. If we do link the acct to you in some way you will receive a letter with a phone # for the fraud dept on it that you can call to see how the acct was linked to you and your options. Hope this helps.

This is a part of the Attorney Mitchell N. Kay organization. They are rude, obnoxious, lacking in collection procedures and fail to respond to ANY type of FDCPA or FCRA notice. If you receive a call or letter from Plaza Associates, hit the flush lever.

NEVER give them any information on your bank/credit accounts, or post-dated checks. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

This industry is loaded with entrepreneurs, gamblers, losers and idiots and Superior Asset Management (formerly known as Superior Credit Services) appears to fall in the last category. The complaints regarding them are on such ridiculous and stupid matters that I wonder how in the world Superior survives.

Their inability to handle trivial matters and respond to any correspondence is frustrating and reveals their unprofessional conduct. How could anyone place accounts with an agency so lacking in basic business ethics and professionalism?

These are NOT professional debt collectors, but rather scavengers in a feeding frenzy to get what they can, while they can. Is Superior hiring the debt collector rejects other (more reputable) agencies turn away or fire?

They are targets of litigation by consumer law professionals and DO have a surety bond in effect, so suing them may NOT be a bad idea as you could actually collect on their idiotic mistakes and blunders.
