T-Mobile What A Rip Off New York New York

This is the second time I've been ripped off by T-mobile. After signing up for internet service and being quoted a price for international calls made from Europe I was scammed out of $500. While I vacationed in Switzerland and Germany, I tried calling the US. T-mobile dropped most of my calls which meant I had to make the same call two to three times to get a connection that would last less than 10 seconds, before being dropped again. They charged for each and every call and then blamed me for not reading the fine print where they are only responsible for some ridiculously low amount like $20. So disgusting how they do business. These numb brained customer service twits with their back woods drawl twang just adds to the absurdity...it's obvious they have permission to be total asses.

T-mobile representatives gave me misinformation about my calling plan. I changed to a lower calling plan because I would be traveling and decided not to use my phone at all based on their super exorbitant pricing for international calls. I was told that my billing cycle would begin on the 28th and it was actually 5 days later so T-mobile hands me a woping 172 dollar phone bill instead of the $90 or so dollars. They record those calls and if they would listen to the tape they will hear this moron giving me misinformation. I found their customer service to be downright rude and condescending, with the most ridiculous questions being asked to me like "who in their right mind would you change a calling plan to a lower plan." Well who in their right mind asks such a dumb a*s question to a customer. Spare me your intellectual insights Einstein! I'M TRAVELING ABROAD AND WON'T BE USING THE PHONE you twit. Now that I've answered your stupid question how about giving me my money back. I've discovered Skype thank God. I hope it runs all these rude money sucking phone companies out of business. T-Mobile is going DOWN!!!
