T MOTOR SALES T MOTOR SALES RIPS PEOPLE OFF IN HIALEAH FLORIDA!!!!! HIALEAH Florida

I had put a down payment on a vehicle Mazda RX8 (2004) model I paid in multiple formats (cash,credit card, bank card) as I was making the down payment in installments as I could not afford it all at once. The total down payment was to be $3000.00 and I was dealing with a car salesman named Carlos. We had asked if a smaller down payment would be possible and he stated yes but he would have to wait because the owner is out of town for a month but it would be $2500.00 The initial date was 5/26/2008. Carlos had told me that "I had as much time as needed to get the car" I stated it will be about 2 months or so. He agreed and I made an initial payment. We (referring to my wife and myself) came on multiple occasions to make payments and had specified to Carlos that we would definitely pick up the vehicle on 07/26/08 in fact we had purchased the car insurance the day before so we could drive off the lot and had the insurance company fax over the insurance details to Carlos on the 25th which I had called to confirm he had received.

The day we went to get the vehicle (07/26/2008) (Saturday) and they told us that the car had been taken to auction and they had to wait till Monday to see if it was sold mean while trying to convince us to buy another car. Yet they neglected to tell us that the car had been taken earlier that week and never stated we had only 30 days to pick it up nor was that on the receipts obtained. Then as of course the vehicle became unavailable they made us wait another week to get an answer from there boss the owner by the name of Tony Barroso (which was unwillingly given)in regards to a refund. He stated no and we have no choice but to get another car from them and he will not be in town for another 30 days as he is on vacation again.

So we are unable to resolve this situation as there is no one who can help us and no one that has the ability to give us our money back. But the company states all sales are final yet the sales transaction never went threw also the sales associate failed to inform us of anything. This company is very deceptive and is forcing us to make an unwanted purchase by refusing to return money owed due to a failed transaction mistake made by there associated whom (they have fired due to the incident) DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE!!!
Since they really don't care and realize that it is going to cost us to get legal help they said to take it up with there lawyers and that leaves us with nothing.
AND I NEED THE 1450.00 SO I CAN GO GET A CAR!!!
