T-Shirt Connection - Custom Creations Takes Money and Does Not Send Merchandise Columbus Mississippi

This company is advertising on the net under a false name and phone number. I ordered t-shirts on 9/9/08 and paid for them through Pay Pal. When the shirts had not arrived in 2 weeks, I tried to go to the website and track them.

This is when I discovered that the T-Shirt Connection did not have a tracking system or a valid phone number. I e-mailed "John" and received no response.
I finally went to my Pay Pal account and looked up the information there and found a valid phone number. It is a cell number for Angela Howe. You get a voice mail when you call this number. My call was returned after a few days.

I asked if this was a legitimate business and where my shirts were. Jennifer said she would check on it for me. She said that they were legit. I told her if I didn't hear back from them I was going to file a report on them. She never returned my call. I called back and left another message. It was returned and I was told that the money for my shirts had just been received that day. I explained that I was looking at my Pay Pal receipt and gave the Sept. 9th date. She then came back and said that they looked up the wrong order and would get back to me. They never returned that call. I called back several days later and was told that they are still checking on it and they would return my call. Today is Oct. 3rd and I have not heard a word.
I have called and left several messages. I filed a report with Pay Pal today and T-Shirt Connection will have 10 days to respond and I will eventually get my money back. Don't order shirts from this company unless you want to spend money and get nothing in return.
