T. Stevens Moving Services Tony Stevens, Spams advertising websites, breaks items, fake licences, threatens other companies Los Osos, California

The complaint is so ridiculous that it's almost funny. I've hired Tony Stevens, in the past , on more than one occasion (2009 & 2010). I've even written him references (which I don't do for people very often).

Tony is the most self-conscious person I know when it comes to hauling trash & junk. He takes extra effort to make sure everything is sorted (trash, wastes, electronics) and is very careful about spilling anything once it's in his trailer (he said he doesn't like to put trash in his truck).

He made sure that everything was secured and since he is a hauling contractor (I've checked his license), I doubt very much that he would dump stuff on the road or let it "fly out all over the place", as described in the complaint.

Tony has worked for me doing cleanup, handyman, general labor and even moving some furniture into my storage and he took the same care & responsibility in everything that he's done for me.

Not everyone has upheld an A+ rating with the Better business Bureau
Not everyone has a  License, Bonded, insurance etc.
Not everyone has the references that they claim
I've checked all of these personally before calling tony, and I'm glad I did since he has never let me down.

I believe that the person who wrote the complaint has some personal issues that has nothing to do with T. Stevens or his business. 

All I know is that I've referred Tony to friends & neighbors and they were completely satisfied with him (one even wrote a reference letter to the BBB).

I am the owner of T. Stevens services. In my earlier Response to the fraudulent complaint, I failed to mention that the person who wrote the complaint "Jack", is really "Chris Beebe".

He has used the name "Jack" and almost the exact same language (wording) in a craigslist ad against me. He seems to hate Licensed & Insured businesses that compete with his unlicensed activity.

Also, Being a member of the BBB with an "A+" rating is NOT nonsense as he states in his false complaint. I am a legitimate Business and it is easy enough to prove.

This fraudulent complaint was filed by Chris Beebe (an unlicensed mover & hauler).
Apparently, This person has had a problem with customers and feels that I am to blame.
We both advertise on craigslist and he feels that he must "get rid" of any real competition.

I have been in business since 1995, Have upheld an "A+" accreditation with the Better Business Bureau, and all of my Certificates, Licenses, Insurance & bond are active & up to date (and are available to my customers).

My references speak for themselves and I have no problem showing them to my customers.

I am also a licensed construction cleanup contractor and do not dump trash on the road (I can lose my license if I did that). I tar my loads with a $230.00 tarp system.

The reason that this guy says that I dump on the road is because I post pictures of trash dumped by unlicensed haulers such as Chris Beebe (on my Craigslist ad.

I do not have "trucks" as he claims in his false report against me (I have 1 trucks and trailer). And you can never have too many licenses or too much experience (as he warns against in his complaint).

Read his complaint again "carefully" and you can see that it's just someone trying to destroy the reputation of a licensed professional.
