I purchased a Tabletops Unlimited roasting pan from Bed Bath & Beyond in November 2003. One year later, the rebate that was supposed to be provided never came after several submittals. First rebate I've ever submitted without any response or any way to check on it's status as there's no phone# or web site on the rebate form to check. After visiting this site I found that the company Tabletops Unlimited is really Bed Bath & Beyond's house brand. I see BB&B is advertising the same rebate offers this year. All beware.

I am an employee of Bed Bath & Beyond. In my year-and-a-half experience with the company, I know two things:
1. Tabletops Unlimited is NOT a house brand. Tabletops Unlimited sells its products to a variety of retailers, including BB&B and Kohl's (which are not related companies).
2. If you would have gone back to any BB&B with your documentation (reciept), they would have done one of two things:
a. Given you the NEW address for Tabletops Unlimited Rebate center (the address had changed, which is beyond BB&B's control)
b. Depending on the documentation and circumstance, given you the amount of the rebate right then and there. I have done this for some customers, but it is a case-by-case basis in my experience.
Bed Bath & Beyond is a customer service-oriented company. But it seems you did not contact them directly. You would have had results if you would have tried to do that, even though it was not BB&B's fault, directly.
