I ordered a pair of custom made riding breeches. When they arrived they were shoddily made, did not fit, were not the advertised fabric or quality.

I returned them and was promised a replacement. None arrived and I called, emailed and asked for a refund. Calls have not been returned and emails unanswered.

This has been going on almost a year.
