Our Chinese competitors are really desperate, and it's very sad. Instead of focusing on their own marketing campaigns, they are busy conducting a useless smear campaign against tagdetacher.com. That means we are doing something good and they feel threatened. People who have never bought anything from tagdetacher.com are busy posting ridiculous claims, written in poor English, pretending that we are a scam site. Why would a legitimate customer in the USA with a perfectly English name suddenly write a complaint in Chinese English? Interestingly, these "customers" never show any proof that they did indeed make a purchase from tagdetacher.com, nor do they present any evidence backing up all of this nonsense! 

Our website is fully secured by GeoTrust Inc. Our payments are handled by Paypal and 2checkout. These are reputable organizations with a huge footprint when it comes to securing customer data. They would be the first to know if a customer's credit card data was stolen and being "used in China to pay for furniture"! Tagdetacher.com doesn't handle any credit card details. All we receive is a notification from either Paypal or 2checkout that a customer has paid. They don't even reveal to us whether you paid by card or not, the type of card you used etc. That's none of our concern. Had you been a genuine customer with a genuine complaint, those are the companies you would talk to. However, they have never heard of your case. And you don't even know that customers don't pay us directly!!? What a disaster! But then again, how would you know when you never bought anything from our site!
