Tagged.com, tagged-thailand Abusive closing of my profile by "tagged" THAILAND. On the ground of shocking picture which is UNTRUE. All MY pictures which are MY PROPERTY, ROBBED. I reject that TAGGED could use them.I want back !! thailand

I am currently standing in Thailand, though not a citizen of this country. I am a French national.
I have been building 2 profiles at www.tagged.com. which in my case I suppose to be a Thai branch of the originating US company.
Every time my profiles have been shut down, without warning, and confiscating all the contents. Those profiles are web pages of which I'm the owner, beeing hosted by "tagged". All the content is MY PROPERTY, as to be understood as artist rights and copyrights. "tagged" got absolutely no power upon it, assume I respect international laws, regarding promotion of racism, prostitution, pornography, mistreatment of people, violence, and so on.
I insist, NONE OF MY PICTURES, nor Texts I may have written may fall under this category, despite the affirmation of tagged-Thailand, which opposes the contary without showing the evidence they refer to. Besides it's absolutely impossible to get in touch with them.
Their attitude is irrelevant, and abusive. It causes me a serious prejudice. I'm claiming against tagged-Thailand or its representatives whatsoever.

They dont have to provide any proof to you. The website is owned by them, and they make the rules. Here is the termination disclaimer from their terms of service that you agree to when you sign up:

K) Termination
Either party may terminate use of the Tagged website or the Services with or without cause at any time and effective immediately upon written notice to the other party. Tagged may terminate with or without cause at any time and effective immediately, at Tagged's sole discretion, including but not limited to Member's failure to conform with these terms and conditions of the Agreement. Tagged shall not be liable to Member or any third party for termination of use of Tagged or the Services. Member's right to use Tagged or the Services shall cease immediately. Member shall have no right and Tagged will have no obligation thereafter to forward any unread or unsent messages to Member or any third party. Sections G-N shall survive termination of the Agreement.

As for your pictures, they should be deleted by this company after your termination. They cannot use them for other reasons. If they do you can sue them. Otherwise, you have no legal leg to stand on.
