Taipan Publishing or Taipan Fraud Publishing is what they should be called. They took my money and made it impossible for me to ever exercise my right to a refund under their guarantee program. They promise the moon Baltimore, Maryland

I signed up for Taipan Publishing Services after receiving their marketing materials.  Their marketing materials are designed to deceive people into thinking that this firm can offer you stock and stock option trading services, but they disguise themselves as a publishing company to get around SEC regulations.  They promise the moon and stars in terms of returns, none of which ever came to fruition.  They offer a cancellation option, but they make it impossible for you to cancel their services.   They also make it impossible for you to ever speak to anyone at the company should  you have a problem or concern. I tried reaching out to a woman named Sandy Franks, who is an executive, and I never had a response from her.  You would think an unhappy customer would get a response from somone in management.  Instead they insist that you talk to people over an 800 line, which is nothing more than an outsourced customer service center that knows nothing about their products.  I was finally able to reach someone by the name of Adam English after threatening to report them to the FTC.   He cancelled my service, and said they had to send me a check. I thought that was interesting as everything I paid them was via credit card.  I intend to pull the money back through my credit card company as recourse for that.   You pay by credit card, and they offer you a cancellation period, they make impossible to cancel...but then they say they have to send you a check.

Here are some problems with their trading services.  The Macro Trader and Currency Profits trader is a joke. They literally cut and paste identical reports each week, which is clearly not what they promise in their marketing materials.  Then they sold this Lifetime membership through this new thing they called "New Growth Club," and I never received one thing from them about it, but they sure charged me instantly.   This company is a poorly run fraud.  Sandy Franks the  alleged head publisher is a promoter of the fraud activity, and they should be shut down the FTC.  Do not under circumstances purchase this firm's products, because they do not deliver on what they promise, and you can never get your money back through their guarantee program.   The whole thing is laughable.
