They made 3 attempts to fix, they lied to cooperate about the oil chang replacement they done on 21st of Feb, they saying it was a second top off. Now they trying to go half with me on a new motor , my car been there and still there since 26th of FEB.

On Feb 1,2019 I took my 2011 Toyota camry to Take 5 Oil Change off Babcock in San Antonio Tx and recieved oil change with oil bought from Auto Zone which is a company they do business with, wipers, rotor replacements, alignment ,top off for all my liquid needs ,and was asked to come back the next day for certain parts.

I went back on 2nd to continue work for parts they did not have, and a topper of oil I didnt think I should need being the change was day before. I went to Houston same day on second for baby son birthday. Reason for service work in first place.

To have to call them while out, and told them I am coming in early because of noise and super bad alignment and no wipers and water instead of wiper fluids. No issue bought oil but they did all replacement etc. I call about noise and end up bringing in on 20 and left it there, and machanic was leaving say how I should be glad to even have car.

I told him if I thought or knew he had no car he would not work on mine. I left car there with other gentalmen while machanic ride pulled up and off. On 21st morning I received a voice message that said my car was ready everything done free of charge. I picked my car up and was back on 26 of Feb where it has been every since.

I was informed by Gary Garcia in beginning of March that it was they fault and they will be replacing everything and they take full responsibility. He would contact me in few days if the motor and work over exceeded value of car than he would contact me on further options. I get a call by a different man a week later saying they will not be taking responsibility and I was no longer able to talk to neither mr.garcia nor Tracy from cooperate.

Have came up first on miliage but when I than explain alotof it was coming back and forth there, they  than use faulty ring than I debated the person can see if ring is altered in anyway before they put on car, than they say faulty filter. Now they say we go half on new engine. I did not know I needed whole engine. The man said almost 6000.00 $ work they do for me for 3000.00$. Why you would do that ? Why my car still there right now today. Please help me.
