so I went to the front desk ****, Brook , to ask her for the propane torch that the tallyho was using the prior night to thaw out the key reader and she told me they were not using the torch to thaw the key reader anymore. I pursued to ask her how I was supposed to get in my room , her bone head response was to blow on it.
