She is well known in the California Bay Area as "Jelly" (Jelly Booty) and has a long history of prostitution, fraud and theft. Creditors and Employers be advised.

Ex-stripper and internet fraudster changed name from Tamara Perkins to Tamara Lobban-Jones. Currently under investigation by local authorities for comitting insurance fraud, Tamara Lobban-Jones has changed her named to avoid notoriety for previous history as a stripper and insurance fraudster. This person can not be trusted and is known to commit fraudulent and illegal acts.
