I posted an add to Craigslist looking for Chicago Cubs tickets. Tammy Lam responded saying she had tickets. She said she worked for a ticket broker. We agreed on a price. She said I could pay through Skrill, money order or money transfer. She provided me her bank acct number and address. I sent a money order. She claims she never received it.
