I set an appointment for hair restoration. The salesman made many claims. One was that I would not want to hire a company that did not use a doctor for the procedure. When I went back for the second consultation with the doctor he informed me that his assistant did all the procedures. I felt uncomfortable and asked for my money back . After numerous attempts A Better Business Bureau report and a Google review I have yet to receive my money back. The only contact I have had from the company was there web hosting person who call me at 9 o'clock at night asking what it would take to get rid of the bad Google review I asked him to send my money back I have not heard back from anybody. They've kept over $1,000 with no remorse or no response find a company that has more consideration toward its prospective customers
