I PURCHASED A BOTTLE OF TANNING LOTION BACK IN JUNE. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED, BUT THEY GOT THEIR MONEY. I SENT AN EMAIL ABOUT 4 WEEKS AFTER ORDERING AND THEY BLAMED THE FLOODS FOR DELAYING THEIR SHIPPMENTS... SO I CONTINUED TO WAIT. SENT OTHER EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE, THEN CALLED JUST TO FIND THE # POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE IS DISCONNECTED. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS AND LOW LIFES. IT ABSOLUTELY DISCUSSES ME TO KNOW THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE LIKE THAT AND THEY COULD CARE LESS OF WHAT THEY DO TO PEOPLE.

We would love to help, but this looks like another case of sabotage by our competition. There is no last name or any other information to tell if this is a legit customer or not. We try to satisfy every customer. We literally have thousands of customers and realize that we can't please every one of them, but we try. Unfortunately with no last name, order # or anything else, we can only assume that it is our competition badmouthing our good name and reputation.
