I first found Tapjoy when my daughter was playing Dream Dresses. In order to get good items in the game, you needed gems, and Tapjoy seemed to be a good source to earn them quickly. I soon learned that in order to receive the gems, you had to file a complaint and usually 24 hours later would see the gems in the game. So then my daughter started playing Hello Kitty Cafe. Same deal. Tapjoy was the best way to earn free points for the game.
So I figured, well, I know the routine now. Even if the points don't appear right away, you just file your complaint and wait a day or so....Well no longer. It has been about 5 days and none of my points have appeared. My daughter asks me every day, "Did the Hello Kitty points come?" It may seem silly, but when you are promised something, especially by a company such as Tapjoy, and don't receive it, that's just plain fraud. This company will hopefully go downhill quickly, since it seems many others are having these same problems. Shame on Tapjoy for preying on children's games, especially.

I don't know if this whole thing is a bug or what, but after numerous correspondence between Tapjoy and myself, I still don't have my points I "earned." Tapjoy is saying they see credits given directly to my iPad and that they have credited even more than earned, but they are not there. I've checked every which way to make sure my accounts are all linked up properly and I can't figure it out. If this isn't a scam, they need to work out the bugs. I, for one, am done worrying about it.
