Tara-medium astrology I got one reading. Then my Visa is being billed every month. I went to the site where it says to contact her and ask for a refund and to stop billing me. When you hit the "Send" button the request goes nowhere. Now I will have to go through Visa to stop the billing and get a refund. China Internet

I ordered one phychic reading from Tara-Medium Astrology. Then, every month my Visa is being charged by her. I went to the site on the web to get this stopped. When I wrote why I wanted this stopped and hit the "Send" button......it went no where. No way to contact her. I will have to contact Visa to remove charges and get a new Visa card, asap.

I believe that you have bought one study in 3 monthly installments, that means that when you buy the study, 1/3 of the total amount is debited in the same day, 30 days after will be debited the 2/3 and 60 days after the day of purchase, the 3rd and final installment will be debited.
In the payment confirmation that you received, you will have the private email that will granted you the quickest way to get the refund. So I do invite you to send a private message to Tara using the same email that you have registered in the site, informing her about your request.
As for the site contact's page, you have only tried once? Are you using a mobile device? If this is the case, can you try again in a computer?
