Iam Mac staing in Ny .I gave one project to Tarang technologies India based company.Those f***ers charged me $1200 for first phase. after one month the said they cannot do this project and they refunded only $700 to me. they said they charged $500 for employee salaries who worked on this project. Can anybody tell me how can i leagally take charge on them. Iam not a techie guy.
