Target Store #90 California - Retailers National Bank Minneapolis Minnesota ripped me off

To Whom it may Concern:
I recently recieved a bill from Retailers National Bank they said I owed them $50.00 then another bill I recieved said I only owed $25.00.
When I called for my bill information; The people i spoke to could not give me any information as to what was purchased or what day it was purchased on.
I hardly ever use my Target credit card and I am very limited to what I can purchase as I am on a fixed income.
