Target sports usa took my order over two weeks ago did not send my order to me and took my money and will not give me a refound or my order.  I am a combat Disabled Vet US Army Target Sports USA must like ripoff disabled people.

I really wonder what steps this veteran took to resolve his issue.  I would have to guess none.  I have been doing business with Target Sports USA for years and have never had any issues.  I have referred many friends to them and all have been very pleased with their expereiences.  I simply do not believe this person made any attempt to get his issues resolved and immediately filed a complaint.

I also question why this person had to make a big deal about his veteran status.  I am a vet too.  It doesn't have any bearing on my purchase experience with a company. Were you promised some special pricing for being a vet?

Seems Like a Misunderstanding - Target Sports is a Good Site!

I posted a previous response to another attack against Target Sports here on Rip Off Report. This is my original reply and it holds just as true for this issue: " I was surprised and dismayed when I came across this report, as I have had the opposite experience with this company. I have used Target Sports USA for several years and several thousands of dollars of purchases with only the very best experience possible. In fact, I signed up for Rip Off Report just to stick up for Target Sports since they have been so good to me! I certainly understand frustration as a consumer when you feel you have been wronged but it is a shame that a permenant mark like this has been recorded for such a good company." BTW - I made a big purchase from Target Sports just tonight and even had email response from the owner after business hours (on a Saturday) replying to my request for an extension of one of their sales, which he granted. Anyway, in my experience, I can tell you that Target Sports is not out to screw anyone and is actually one of the better online stores I deal with.

We apologize that you have had an unfortunate experience with our company. Our intentions are never to rip off customers and leave them unsatisfied. In this particular situation, the package was misplaced/lost through our carrier service. Even though we lost out on the ammo and money, we resolved it in the most professional manner in which our customer came first. We have offered to reship the ammo or issue a full refund. A full refund has been issued to your account and we hope you will be satisfied and willing to purchase further from our company.
