Target Visa Card Target lowered my available balance and did not let me know. Internet

I took a very good friend to lunch today for her birthday. My Target Visa card was declined in the restaurant (not expensive) to my horror.

I came home and called them and wrote down the charges as the robot told me they were. In my calculations there would be $400.00 left to spend.

Target Visa lowered my balance after I paid them $600.00 and they essentially took $400.00 out of my pocket without notice. I know there is legislation pending to stop this practice, but not soon enough. I would like to join a class action suit.

I called them many times and only got the robot. I can't even let them know how indignant I feel.
