Target Lisa - Team Lead at Target Target's Team Lead Lisa refuses to exchange or return children's battery operated car leaking acid Dublin, California

lisa, team lead supervisor at target store refuses to return a brand new, out of the box children's battery operated car leaking acid.  After refusal of return because its "against policy" to return item without receipt.  Soon to find out  they have a courtesy return policy of item 90 days valueing under $75.  This child's toy is valued at only $60 and lisa refuses to return after I tried to explain what a huge liability this is for Target.

How does a large company like target and their management team do not see what a huge liability this is as if I did not open the seat to look at the battery and my child continue to play with this toy that the acid may have leaked out of the bottom, the circumstance could have been fatal if my daughter may have been exposed to ingestion OR burn from the acid.
