Tarp Factory Outlet Max Tool Be leary of their warranty they dont stand behind it. Lavergne, California

I searched the internet to locate a particular size tarp i was needing...i located this company on the internet called www.tarpfactoryoutlet.com and proceeded to order item # so15015 ( 15x15 silver Heavy Duty UV Tarp, i ordered this tarp on 6/23/10 and after waiting 6 days for it to get to my house ..which i was aware it would take 5-7 days for delivery, means i didnt receive it till approx the 29th of June at approx 7:30pm. I put the tarp up on 6/30/10 and here it is July 15th i discovered a corner that was tore lose on July 14th late in the evening. I proceeded to contact customer service where i was just asking general questions to see what information he would give me in regard to his product his company sells, and low and behold he tells me it is does not have a warranty at all..The warranty only covers it once you receive it and inspect it and IF it has a huge hole in it they would replace it.. i proceeded to tell him that i was reading their warranty on their website where he made every excuse possible to not stand behind their product. I simply ask him if i was within my 30 days from the date the product was shipped ( which means i lost 5 days ) and he himhawed around and finally told me NO. He was willing to sell me a tarp at cost which is half price by the way..just so you know they are selling it for double what it cost them and pay for shipping and handling also. I told him absolutely not he then proceeded to transfer me to his Supervisor that had my order # already in front of him and went straight to voicemail..So i left him my contact info and will be awaiting his call to see if they are going to send me another tarp in replacement of the defective one i have. As of this point i would be very leary of ordering anything from these people and expecting them to stand behind what they sell or say. As far as me, if they stand behind their warranty i would order again from them and update this report stating what they did to make/correct the situation, if not, they have lost my business for sure and will let everyone know the outcome of their decision.
