Taser International Fraudulant Credit card billing, ZERO return policy, Hidden charges, non working phone # Scottsdale Arizona

First off, this is *MY* opinion and review of what happened to us with "Taser International" Don't get me wrong, they have a fine/outstanding product but thats where it ends.

We purchased a handheld Taser for my wife to carry. The sales person at the CES show in Las Vegas promised a "Show Special". This was to include the Taser, two extra cartridges AND a holster for the price of $289.When we got the package and opened it we then found out a few things. Read on....

The box did not contain a holster, but did have instructions where we had to go to their website and PAY for a "Background Check". This was never mentioned at the CES show.I work in Law Enforcement, I don't NEED their Background Check.The holster was not included, but the invoice shows a "Miscellaneous" included (whatever that is).It gets better....

We then find out that the sales person at the CES show used our credit card information to sell another device to a person here in nevada and bill it to OUR card! We also found out that their return policy is "NO RETURNS" unless your state/city enforces one, then they will comply.Attempts to reach this company are greeted with all circuit busys (which are fake).

In a long complaint letter to "Taser International" I mentioned this website. In all fairness, if they make good on this and it's all a mistake i will follow up with that. but at this time We have no contact with them and we have filed Fraud charges with the credit card holder. More to follow. Our opinion is this...

*DO NOT* purchase from them, they furnish you with worthless promises. A real good one is they replace the unit after you use it FREE of charge. I doubt this as they have (so far) shown us their word is worthless.
