I received this Collection letter today...I called my bank and they said there was nothing on my account re this...I need to know what this is about. Who am I owing this money to???

I went online and saw there were A LOT OF COMPLAINTS RE THIS COMPANY (sending people collection letters like I got)....This letter is dated August 9th 2017.

I was very upset when I  first saw this. Please let them know I do NOT owe them anything and to take my name off their list!!
