we paid 6,000 to have them work with the irs on past amts that we owed the irs..they took our money and then told us that we were missing a tax filing for 1 yr they were suppose to have checked all this b/4 they were suppose to have been working with the IRS, this did not come up until after we paid all the money then they stated that we didn't pay the last payment so they canceled us , i tried to call they kept saying they could not "hear me"..we are out the 6000 and still owe the irs...WHAT A RIP OFF....
