The TaxExact software does not work, the customer service is poor to respond (if they answer the phone at all!). The program has uninstalled itself four times with a loss of all entered data. The customer service line clicks in and out as you sit on hold forever, with no answer. Emails go unresponded to. The program itself is flawed, from links not connecting and numbers not carrying forward, to spelling errors!

Do not purchase this program. The headache of changing is much worse than paying for another more-expensive but dependable program.
