16 thousand dollars worth of restaurant kitchen equipment was purchased and installed....sent invoice very first business day after installation was complete...low and behold, it was not on a template that they specifically wanted....adjusted our invoice to correlate to theirs and resubmitted (4 days total time between the 2 invoice submissions)....company states that they will not loan the money because it took us too long to submit an invoice.
