Put on hold for 1 hour or more. You cannot talk to real people at TBW. We are trying to get them to do a Loan Modification and first they send us Paperwork for a Pre-sale . No thats not what we want. So we send that back , then they send us paperwork for loss mitigation again we just want a loan modification to catch up on past dues. Now five of them because we were told not to make anymore payments. Now here it is March 26 2009 and we still have not heard anything . Did get to leave a voicemail about a week ago but still nothing.

I think we all need to Band together and go to Washington and tell face to face the Obama Administration that they need to do something for the Real Americans trying to make an honest living and stop worrying about bailing out the ripoff banks and mortgage companies.

All the bailout money would payoff or catch up the mortgage payments people are behind and prevent forclosure.

All the mortgage companies could care less if the homes they take back are lived in or not. How can we handle our business if No One will answer the freakin PHONE !!!!
