Sebring 2001 engine is burned up. 41,00 miles. Taylor Chrysler Jeep did 3 oil changes on my car and never changed the filter. I have the factory installed filter.
You can not buy this filter,it came off my car. So I paid for a complete oil change service $29.95 and the were trying to save $7.00. It has cost me $5124.96 for a new engine. When you call Taylor Jeep- 734-946-8200, they won't let you talk to the General Manager, John Cooper.
I have left messages for John Cooper and Roy Lewis called me back and said he doesn't know what happen when he was not working there. He just started working there a few weeks ago. Roy also told me that just because you change the oil that you don't always change the filter. Well I paid for the filter to be changed.
Tim Fisher, 586-497-4905 the (extended warranty person(head hancho-he said) who is owned by Auto Nations, said there was never any mantaince on the car. No oil changes. Now he will not give or send me the inspection report. But he did e-mail it to Roy Lewis, at Taylor Chrysler Jeep.
I would like to bring them to court for not performing the service they were paid to do. I don't feel that I should of had to check under the car to see if they had changed the filter.
We paid for the care package at Taylor Chrysler Jeep of $361.98, this was for oil changes and simple maintance(
Total cost of my lost is $1385.26-extended warranty, $361.98-care package,$5124.96-new engine and long distance phone calls to try to get this fixed.
NEVER BUY CHRYSLER PRODUCTS, DON'T BUY FROM AUTO NATIONS, TAYLOR CHRYSLER JEEP. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A CHRYSLER DON'T GO THE TAYLOR CHRYSLER JEEP.
