Without Prejudice:
This is a notice to all investors that are unhappy with Tayo Foods:

I truly believe that we can expose Toews, Tayo Foods and Food Steps.
They use the typical scare tactics that you signed a piece of paper so that you think you cannot sue. Not true if there is proof of fraud. I believe I have enough proof of fraud to take this to court... and win.

With legal counsel, we can band together and start a class action lawsuit.

Serious inquiries only. Please contact your legal counsel. Contact any other unhappy investors that you are aware of.
