Tazmania Advertising, Andra Hernandez Scam artist has no intention to deliver services paid for La Feria Texas

Unfortunately, I did not do my homework on this scam artist before sending her my money. When I did not get what I paid for, I sent several emails asking what was going on. After ignoring me for two weeks, she finally answered back with a very angry email (which I saved as proof) telling me that she was going to contact paypal (who I paid through) and tell them not to "allow" me to purchase anything through the internet again (as if she had that power). She never gave me the services I paid for or a refund. Paypal decided in my favor (I have proof of this also for anybody who wishes to see it), but they said my money was not able to be retrieved because she doesn't leave anything in her paypal account, obviously to avoid paypal giving out refunds left and right to all of her angry customers. I saw on the better business bureaus website that she has an UNSATISFACTORY record of not resolving complaints. Apparently she also owns diamond-central.com and some dating service according to the bbb. Doing some research on google.com, you can find very angry customers of her diamond-central scam blogging about her as well. Somebody even mentioned that they have filed a police report with the La Feria police dept on her for ripping them off. Hopefully they will put her in jail soon so that she will stop stealing people's money.
