TBF financial LLC purchased commercial Loans from RBS Citizens Bank these loans were administered by a former RBS Citizens Bank workout officer who we found out is convicted felon for identitiy theft.  We were victoms of embezzlement, fraud, stolen property in our buildings, repairs never done but loaned on, relatives paid for services not  rendered, smearing. TBF financial LLC is aware of the fraud and has done nothing in this matter.
