ok sorry my first post cut off. and i mis-spelled. my bill that i had to pay included $75 tow $85 part $95 diagnostic $42.50 labor. now listen..he should have seen that it wasnt right if he test drove it. he should have to eat the tow because this problem only happened from his shop. DIANOSTIC?? really? he was in n out of it putting transmission. and i didnt get a print of dianostic! on the TPS if he really fixed it..why is it still doing the same exact thing..hummm.. it has a digital gas guage. it said 115 miles left in tank..so tell me how can it drop all the way down to 61 in the matter of a mile..humm it jerks n jerks as u are giving it gas..then gas finally runs out n car shuts down. so yes i had planned on stopping payment on check then bank told me he cashed it..within an hour if me leaving there. so i called and called him yesterday and he was dodging my calls. finally he called me back.. 

I am a blonde..but its in a box..so he really myst thing im a dumb blonde n can blow smoke right up my butt! so heres what he said..you must have an electrical issue..it may be that sound system you have in there...i said oh wow really?? that has been in there a year now and was professionally put in.. he said thats probably what caused the transmission to go out. OMG i cant believe that came outta his mouth. wow.

so now...i dont want him back under my car..or he can..but just as me and my attorney and police are standing right over to make sure the work is gettin done n he dont mess up something totally diffrent. i kbow this aint possible so I want my money back " ITS MY MINEY AND I WANT IT NOW" 

my thoughts on this..he drug his feet on it because it was a warrenty involved and they take longer to get paid...then he lost that sell on transmission..he got all defensive because i said he sat on it for 7 weeks..he stated its only been here 3 weeks..but i am positive on date because i called him from the jury room. i was on jury duty from may 19 - may 22. so lets do the math...uhh thats 7 weeks.now its 8 weeks.. him running to the bank n cashing check (not depositing in his account) shows a lil guilt dont ya think? 

now i am a single woman with a son almost 1 and i struggle enough..that was my rent payment but i thought now maybe i can get to work and make $ to make it back..but now once again its no use to me. i have had to walk to work to grocery shop ect..this has mentally and physically drained me.  now ive git to take my car to another shop and i shouldnt have to do this for his mistakes. i want my money back and then some. i am due that much!!  i do have pics of gas hand..a video of what it was doing showing all the jerkin n jaring and seeing the gallons draining
