Texas deparment of workmans comp Does NOT work for the injured or insure fair treatment i was injured in 2010 and was denied treatment in dec 2011 I was informed that the doctor for the insurance company said for the injury i had not reached MMI. but if it was a strain i had reached MMI in 2010. the insurance company chose a strain over the injury even with MRI images showing the damage the hearing is in jan but that is 8 months with no treatments no pain meds and paychecks cut off.

I have hade to file bankruptcy and lost my house .How does this help my family thanks TDWC for looking out for the injured.
