On 2-18 debit was taken out for $3.97 for a sample advertised under Oprah's name utimate green tea. I cancelled immediately was assured by email i would get my money back. But on 2-22-08 they took out another $66.90 which i did not authorize. I immediately went to the bank & filed a fraud report. I put a debit alert on my acct but then on 3-20-08 they got back into my acct as Phoenix performance products. So now i have a 2nd fraud alert. I did not authorize them to take money from my acct. I never recieved any product.
This co is going by numerous names they are just changing their name. Please do not order any diet or health products online you could be a victim of this Co. If you can't physically go to your health food store. Then don't order it.
