TE Services-Service FInance Company llc TES SERVICES Affiliate of TE Services dba Service Finance Company LLC Had me e sign one initial and one signature agreeing to Misrepresented the payments as 157.00 a month, instead my loan was for almost double per month after 15 months of 157 to 167 interest only. If I had known that before i signed on his mini tablet-I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED. Cincinnatti Texas

The rep for TE Services had me esign once for my signature and my ititials then he fiiled in the contract. I was not able to read it & trusted that what he told me was true.

I was told that my payments would be $157.00 a month for the length of the 20 year contract. I know the 157.00 max was in the contract i thought i was agreeing to. I saw it on the tablet when i did my original siignature. 

What he signed my name to was not that at all. The real contract I found out that he signed my name to was for 157 to 167 a month for 15 months as interest only, then my payments go up to 264.00 a month for the 20 years.

I am 65 and there is no way I can afford to pay that and keep my home without taking a second job. The TE Services company I bought it from refuses to provide me a written mailed copy of my contract where i signed for the amount i was told. They output it supposedly on a portal I have told them I can not access.

Their finance company laughed when they told me the real terms & told me too bad for you -you're stuck ewith it now or we will foreclose on your house. 

The product is fine, but now I have a payment for 20 years that is rediculously higer than my original electric bills.
