Two weeks ago I bought the FTCE Study Guide and Platinum Package - Test Coaching to help me prepare for a teaching test. I have since contacted them several times to get the coaching started and their ONLY response has been more brainless emails which does not tell about getting the benefits of that Platinum Package - Test Coaching!! which I bought for $57.00
