Team Dodge Of Stone Mountain ripoff when I had bought a sunfire and they damaged my wiring harness and told me they would let me know if my warranty would cover it of which they never did Stone Mountain Georgia

I bought a brand new Dodge Durango for my husband and myself and six months later bought a pontiac sunfire for my grandaughter who is in college and needed transportation from Team Dodge of Stone Mountain. Six mos. after my grandaughter had the sunfire the engine light came on, so we took it in for reparirs. They The repair center at Team Dodge told us we needed a gasket and some other minor repair. We called and called to no avail and the car had not been repaired. At that same time frame my husband had took our Durango in for an oil change and the sunfire was still sitting in the back of the building. The car was then taken to Chrysler and back to team dodge and after two weeks they told us our wiring harness and been burned by acid from another fixture in the care. This car had been checked twice before i bought it and this was not an issure at the time.

I called and called about the warranty and the manager lied and told me he was going to meeting about my warranty issue and he would let me know of course he never did. There was 6000.00 dollars left on the car at the time they damaged the vehicle. The repairmen have since been fired. The called us and said they would give us another vehicle, (However they had no other used cars on the lot at the time only new)curious! Instead of the writing off the cost being we had spent nearly 55,000.00 with them they added the cost onto the Dodge Neon. They are crooks and do not value a good consumer for their product. Our warranty had never been considered and all they really cared about was money. My grandaughter is stuck paying for two cars as a college student due to fraud and unfair business practices.

Thank you so you so much Team Dodge we will never buy another vehicle from you .. You treated us like dirt in the end and never made things right..They are not even members of BBB!
