 I am a former employee that quit once I found out it was happening, apparently all the blogs don't matter because this needs to be stopped. The employees think they are doing setting right and the owners pay them 80 per activation then say they collect money at closing. They guarantee closings and I guarantee you they haven't closed one reo property through their platform. They claim association with so many companies when all they do is se air for pure profit. 

 My alias working with team Lear was Brandon schei when I started working at a job I found initially on Craigslist. I shadowed a few people who were making sales at first, so as soon as I hit the phones I became great at what I did. They had me on a pay structure of $80 per activation. Didn't question it as an entry level employee until I saw no closings whatsoever. I found out they were called footprints re, ireopro, bankerreo, and absreo. All of which had no closings or connections with lenders. So I quit immediately. I am going through a great deal of stress because if I knew I was ripping people off I couldn't follow through with my work there.
