Three tries and your out. I am not paying for bad services. My friends agree some have met with same fate. Paid for nothing, be sure you have computer knowledge before going to a company that changes its name and moves from place to place consistently. How do you recreate your company by taking another in the same town, way to beat competition maybe take on Staples next time. Time will tell and why can't you write a review on google? Hmm!

I'd like to personally thank you for filing your issue as we take all reviews seriously and use this customer feedback to help us learn and grow.
As you may already be aware, we have grown from a small operation known as "CS Niagara" into a premiere technical support centre and we are very proud of our staff for helping us achieve success in Fort Erie (and beyond). If it wasn't for the customer service oriented staff and the dedicated technicians we wouldn't be as fortunate to be in such a grand facility.
Prior to building our new offices we chose to upgrade our image and name to better reflect how we help the residential and business community in the region. In order to help us remember where we came from we decided to keep a small piece of our history with us. Our company name is now 'CSN Tech Centre Ltd.' but is marketed as simply 'Tech Centre' to keep from a minute-long introduction when customers call in. :-)
Our customers continue to choose us because of our expertise and service-oriented ethics. If it wasn't for loyal Fort Erie residents, we wouldn't have been able to grow and we thank you all!
