Found these criminals on ebay, they offered iphone and samsung phone repairs. I bought sent them my iphone. They acknowledge receiving it, then weeks later, they say they lost it and that it, complete silence. They kept my iphone. I opened a dispute on ebay and they said since its a service, there is no buyers protection for services.
So I'm out of my $800 iphone. I should have google them, apparently they have done this to many people before!!! They are phone thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I order the cracked screen replacement service on Ebay. I was excited because they had 5 star rating. It is a SCAM. Please dont make the same mistake I did. The reason why all those buyers gave them a 5 stars its because Techspert Repair stalls them and lies that they are going to fix their phones so the buyer changes their low rating to 5 stars then they get screwed and are stuck with the 5 star rating.
Look this company address on BBB (better business bureau). They have an F rating. They have changed their name so many times. A lot of people who were SCAM have even made Youtube videos about how Techspert Repair rip them off. In my case, they STOLE my original apple iphone 8 plus screen and swap it for a defective LCD screen. I have heard worse stories. Some people have actually had their phones STOLLEN.
