Ted was given all necessary information to begin the processing of acquiring a mortgage, including pulling credit reports (which were/are in great shape). After a week or two of delays and lots of "I will get to it tomorrow/this weekend/soon", he completely stops responding to phone calls, emails, voicemails, etc. Havent heard from him since. Complete waste of time. Avoid this guy if humanly possible.
