Richard I was counting on you to respond.......Now you can be looking forward to going to court, why not put the second part of the contract up and show everyone how it was broken by your wife and yourself.....it took me 3 1/2 years (please learn how to count) to respond to this because I only found out about it recently and if you had such a case you could have always taken me to small claims, yes I have a BBB file one complaint company dealt with problem customer satisfied.

I will not be responding back to you here no more, I will be doing it in a court of law.

Now looking to clear his name after 4+ years. Looks like his scam is running dry of money in these hard times. People take it from me all he's done here is place facts on how he operates his scam. It does not validate any of his supposed work. Because in fact nothing was done. He claims that he contacted many businesses with no proof. After this many years you'd think he would have come forward sooner. Guess he never thought I'd still be monitoring this site. Boy was he wrong! To be clear his TRAP is in his contract: It indicates that if there's a dispute we have to use the "Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Ontario Inc in Toronto. Please also note that you should call the "Better Business Bureau", they will also have some interesting statements on file for this guy Ted Waldron. Yes I was contracted to place 10 P7 coffee machines for Richards wife, I did not promise to have the job done in two weeks, she did receive two locations within two weeks of the contract, which she installed one in the LCBO, and did not install the other.

She had the obligation to install all machines on location that I had supplied her for a period of two weeks, if the locations performed an average of 50 cups per week she was to pay the balance of the location fee (per location), if it did not perform 50 cups average she did not have to pay balance on that location and I would replace the location, but all coin drops (cash sales) in that period of two weeks would come to me, which again I did not receive, this part of the agreement (contract) was written by Richard, not me, but I agreed to the terms.

Also agreed upon was that my name and phone number would be displayed on her website as the contact person while I preform this job, with no other contact names and phone numbers. I found after two to three weeks and calling on two hundred plus businesses, that my name and phone number had been removed and replaced by Richards name and phone number. (so who was receiving the callbacks, for all the work I had done, not me like the first few weeks when my name and number was up there).

As for blocking his phone number, I felt that receiving phone calls from Richard at 2am, 3am, 4am 7 days a week wasn't appropriate, and than receiving calls during business hours (when following up with businesses on his behalf) 40 to 60 calls an hour from Richard at his place of business (I don't think his boss would like it much) and I did lose two locations because of his repeated calls, where my phone would cut in and out and the person I was talking with hung-up on me but not before a few choice words, so I blocked that number, but I left open access to my email for communication, which he did not respond back to me, as for the next step they posted me here.

Operators that are in the coin drop (cash sales) coffee vending business knows full well that you don't get proper locations for full size coffee machines (10) in two weeks.

It's also strange to me that someone can post this compliant and not once mention the second part of the contract, that Richard written, and not mention the repeated calls at the wee hours of the morning 7 days a week, and constant calling during business hours, he's lucky that I didn't have him charged with telephone harassment (it was the police that advised me to block him or charge him).
